SBFA General Information
Welcome to Superior Bass Fishing Association's website. SBFA is a Team bass fishing tournament circuit based out of Nampa, Idaho. We fish water in Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon and occasionally the Columbia River. Our members are primarily from Idaho, Eastern Oregon, Utah and Northern Nevada. The basic format for our tournaments is a 2-day tournament; each day a team fishes together for a 7-bass team weight. Each team's total weight for the tournament is the total of their two single days weight added together. Points are awards based on weight at each tournament. There is a Grand Championship at the end of the year for all qualifying teams, based on total points earned.
Awards
SBFA gives out annual Team of the Year award based on tournaments points earned in a tournament year.
Incentives
SBFA offers various incentives from sponsors such as Ranger Boat's Ranger Cup program and Western Marine's incentive program. Other incentive programs are being evaluated.
